Is there a bond payable for any holiday properties?

  • A $100 pre-authorisation is payable by each guest, upon arrival. If you are arriving After Hours, we reserve the right to manually charge a pre-authorisation to your provided card.
  • The pre-authorised amount is set aside by your card issuer for a period of up to 30 days from the date of pre-authorisation and will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this, please contact your card issuer.
  • Once a pre-authorisation is charged, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount, until we process the final account on departure. This restriction is imposed by the card issuer and cannot be negotiated.

Do the properties contain linen?

  • All properties contain linen, including sheets, towels, hand towels, face washers & bath mats. Quilts & pillows are also provided. We ask all guests to BYO beach towels.

What else do we need to bring?

  • All properties are self-contained, however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied. As our properties are individually owned, any amenities provided are at the owner’s discretion. We encourage guests to bring all toiletries with them, and consumables such as milk, tea, coffee etc. can be purchased from nearby convenience stores & shopping centres.
  • Whilst most properties have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of stay.

Can we request an early check in, or late check out?

  • The check in time is 3.00pm, with a 9.30am check out. If you require an arrival or departure time outside of these hours, please contact our office within 48 hours of your arrival. Where we are satisfied the property is clean & available, we usually can accommodate an early arrival. A late check out is dependent on our cleaning schedule and is not permitted if there is a same day arrival.
  • Please note during Peak Season (Christmas period through to Australia Day weekend), early check ins & late check outs are strictly prohibited.

Where do we collect keys from?

Most properties require key collection from our office at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.   For Coffs Harbour based properties, keys can be collected from our Coffs Harbour office at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

If you arrival after hours, keys will automatically be placed in the key safe box located at each office. Please refer to your email documentation for specific key codes & instruction on using the safe.
