When Scott and Melissa Nolan established Nolan Partners in 2004, their vision was to create a unique real estate office offering a fresh, contemporary and innovative approach to selling, marketing and managing real estate on the Coffs Coast.

Our success in the Sales and Residential Management divisions saw us being requested by our existing clients to replicate their experience and expand our services to also offer Holiday Management. The acquisition of our Sawtell office in early 2017 facilitated us being able to respond to these requests and establish our Holiday Division. The marketplace responded positively and after 12 months of unprecedented growth, we saw the need to evolve even further and Nolans Holidays was born.
