"The location of the property was excellent, close to Sawtell (plenty of fine eateries to choose from) and only a stone's throw to Coffs Harbour. The accommodation itself was spacious, all mod cons and a lock up garage with internal access which was great when it was pouring outside. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!!"

"This property lies only 100m across the dune to the beach, and only a four minute walk to the main street with plenty of alfresco coffee and dining opportunities. The location is very quiet and the lounge room is large and comfortable, with quirky furnishings."

"Close to local shops, beaches. Rear or alley access to car park. Basic kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, sink, bench and some crockery and cutlery. Sml table and chairs. Bathroom -shower, toilet and basin. TV. Heater/fan. Very clean. Very happy with process and reminder updates. Pool on site"

"The unit is in a small block of 8 a mix of permanent and short stays. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay and was one street back from the main street. The beach is a short walk. Washing machine and dryer were useful. No fuss with Nolans and key pickup. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows. We were on the second floor so a good breeze kept the unit cool. wifi was good"

"Great location. Left the car in the garage for our entire stay! Easy walking distance to great eateries & boutiques. Beautiful walks to the headlands. The beach was across the road so we could dip and run or spend as long as we liked on the beach. Although the unit does not have an ocean view, the sound of the waves is near enough (the beach vegetation barrier blocks the ocean views for most places in Sawtell). There are lots of stunning views from the headlands."
